Volterra, and much of Italy, is emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic. Here in the countryside, things seem almost back to normal. We’ll have a look at the recently renovated Basilica, enjoy a drink at my favorite bar, ake a stroll through town, and spend some time in the vineyards at Podere Marcampo. If Italy is on your radar, now is the time to visit! No crowds, great food, al fresco dining, and friendly locals.
