Then, enjoy dinner at Ristorante Alfredo (home of Fetticcino Alfredo) and a look around Piazza Navona. I’ll also cook up some polpettine (meatballs) and spaghetti marinara. Finally, we will take a look at how Italy is doing emerging from the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Delta Variant.
