EPUB is designed for e-book readers such as Apple iBooks, Google Reader, Nook, etc.
If you do not have one of these e-book readers on your mobile device, try “Adobe Digital Editions,” an APP that can be downloaded and installed on your mobile device.
TECH HINT: To download an EPUB file on your Apple mobile device, SELECT EPUB from this page. Sorry, but I know nothing about Andriod and Google devices.
- The file should download to your device., but it is not formatted correctly.
- On an Apple device, choose the ellipse (…) at the upper right of your screen.
- Select “Save to your device” at the bottom of the screen.
- Then choose your e-reader of choice to open, i.e. (Apple) Books Disclaimer – This works on an Apple device. I’m not too tech savvy, either.
Kindle – Amazon has a free “Send to Kindle” feature that will convert EPUB to the Kindle format. But I’ve not had much success with the formatting and readability. https://www.amazon.com/sendtokindle
